In accordance with articles L. 221-18 et seq. Of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) working days from the day after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties.

If the period of fourteen (14) working days expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.

The return of the products is done under your responsibility and at your expense.

Any incomplete, soiled, damaged, damaged product … by you (the customer) is likely to frustrate the exercise of your right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing, within the time limits indicated above, by one of the following means:

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request and if it complies with the GTCS, B Queen Market will send you a return agreement by e-mail for example and will indicate to you the possible return terms.

You agree to return them to us within 14 calendar days of sending the notification of your decision to withdraw.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code, you are responsible for the handling of goods and the depreciation of their value during the withdrawal period. As such, B Queen Market reserves the right to engage your responsibility in the event of depreciation of returned products (incomplete, soiled, damaged, damaged, etc.) within the framework of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, resulting from handling other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of these products.

For your information, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

– goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized such as, for example, tablecloths, curtains or static cut-out films, etc.

– goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection: for example, products in the Fashion and Jewelry category such as piercings, earrings ‘ears among others or products in the Beauty and Hygiene category such as lipsticks, powders, mascaras, etc …

Following your withdrawal request, B Queen Market, in accordance with legal provisions, will refund you within 14 days of notification of your withdrawal request.

In the absence of receipt of your product or proof of shipment of your product within this period, B Queen Market reserves the right to defer your refund until the day of receipt of your product.

B Queen Market will process your refund via the same means of payment as that used on the day of your order, except in the event that the means of payment used would not allow it.
